New Classes Starting on Monday 16th January 2012
Zumba - Monday 7pm - 7.45pm
Ditch the workout and join the party!! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness session that will blow you away! Classes feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. So come and join the party on Monday Evenings 7pm - 7.45pm and/or Wednesday 11am-12noon and/or Thursday evenings 7.30-8.30pm cost £3.50 per class.
Pilates - Monday 7.45pm - 8.30pm
Pilates is a workout for the body and the mind. The class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Some of the benefits of practicing Pilates are improvements in strength, flexibility and posture. This group now meets on a Monday 7.45pm - 8.30 and or Wednesday morning 10.00a.m.-11.00a.m. Costing £3 per class.

Camelon Community Project is based within Camelon Education Centre in Abercrombie Street, Camelon, Falkirk, FK1 4HA.
We have a wide range of classes including, Health & Fitness Training which is based around boxing. Our other fitness classes are Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Tai Chi. We also have, for the kids, Camelon Arts Dynamic Dance Classes, Baton Twirling and Marvels Cheerleading.
There are lots of Community Support Groups that meet in the Centre, DASH (Depression and Anxiety Support Help Group), Camelon Area Regeneration Forum, Homestart, Literacy and Numeracy Classes, Youth Club and Councillors Georgie Thomson and Joe Lemetti Surgeries.
We also have a great variety of Hobbies and Interest groups, we have art classes on Monday mornings, Tuesday nights, Thursday afternoon and Friday mornings. Other hobbies that are included in the Centre are Cameras in the Community, Card Making, Carpet Bowls, Gaelic, Metal Detecting and Scalemodellers Club.
